REFUNDS

If we've made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue so our team can make it right. Please allow up to one business day for a response.

All sales of food products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to food safety considerations.

If you're buying coffee or a type of coffee for the first time, we recommend buying a single 12oz. bag to taste test before committing to a larger quantity! 

For returns or exchanges of non-food items (mugs, shirts, and the like). For exchanges, we'll send a replacement to you once our team sees that the exchange is in transit. For returns, we'll issue a refund minus original shipping costs once the returned package is received.
